help me find a studio
I am looking for a studio in Graz, somewhere between Geidorf and St Peter where I can share my Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice.

my approach to practice
When I began practicing in 2013, I was completely stiff and unable to touch my toes.
What kept me coming back wasn’t the postures — it was how the practice made me feel: clearer, lighter, more alive.
Ashtanga Yoga started a new chapter in my life.
pillars of practice

Asana
Our physical practice is rooted in the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
The focus is to build strength and flexibility, reshaping our movement patterns toward grace and stability.

Pranayama
Working with the breath nourishes the entire body.
It supports our movement, awakens internal engagement, and restores balance to the nervous system.

Philosophy
Yoga offers a way of seeing — a perspective on how to live in this world with awareness and compassion.
It asks fundamental questions about the self, ethics, and how to meet life’s great themes: love, wealth, death, and responsibility.

“
When effort ceases posture is mastered and meditation on infinity occurs.
